To establish a strong online and offline presence through e-commerce, social media, retail and project-based channels, achieve sales of ₹1 crore within the next two years, build partnerships with at least 20 artisans to create economical yet artistic products, expand the customer base and market reach, and strengthen the Garo brand through unique designs and customized décor solutions.
